The festival takes place at Victory Park within the Village of Wayland. The park entrance is located on Pine Street, which runs Westward from North Main Street.

The Parade will take place at Victory Park by playground

From I-390:

1. Take exit 3 and turn North, towards the Village of Wayland 
2. At the traffic light (where the Sugar Creek is located), make a Left turn
3. Turn Right at the next light, Main Street
4. Turn Left on Pine Street
5. Follow the Parking Signs
   

From the North on State Route 15:

1. Take Rt 15 South to Wayland 
2. Turn Right at North Main Street (Y intersection)
3. Turn Right on Pine Street
4. Follow the Parking Signs
